We had beach on the brain when designing this space! We wanted to bring a little bit of an ocean feel into the city and we hope you feel the warmth upon entry. Located in East Rock, arguably one of the most desired areas in New Haven, you'll find amazing restaurants including the incredible Nica's Market and Blue State Coffee in short walking distance, beautiful streets and parks to explore and shopping close by. Also Yale is just up the street!

This 2-level apartment, is a charming and quirky space with ocean vibes. It has 3 queen-sized bedrooms, each with unique decoration. Linens and toiletries are provided. There are 2 beautiful bathrooms with glass showers and a washer and dryer. The living room has a couch and a leather lounge chair, perfect for Netflix on the Roku TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, pots and pans, spices, tea, coffee, and a marble top island for dining. place.

The East Rock neighborhood of New Haven, named for nearby East Rock, a prominent trap rock ridge and hiking trail, is one of the premiere neighborhoods in the city. The area is home to a large group of Yale staff, and faculty, as well as many young professionals and families. East Rock is also a popular destination for cyclists, as a city bike lane runs along Orange Street, the neighborhood's spine. The abundance of coffee shops, eateries and the like make this a must see while in New Haven.

Orange street is considered a main artery of New Haven. Access to bus routes and the train is walkable. Parking at the unit is off street for one car. Let us know if you have more than one coming and we will provide additional parking passes.
